Initially, to gain a basic understanding of
the issue, some off-line work or consultation with industry
experts may be necessary. This is followed by two workshops.
In the first workshop, key forces and critical uncertainties
are developed, leading to draft scenarios. In the second workshop,
the scenarios are finalized and strategic options evaluated. |
