Mr. Coppus is a founder and CEO of CCSI, a consulting group working in association with OpenOptions. Before going into private practice, George was Vice President, HR and Business Systems in a large energy company, focusing on Marketing and E-business strategy. This position also encompassed Performance & Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management and Leadership Development. George's success in resolving business issues using Systems Dynamics and Complexity Theory has been featured in Canadian Business Magazine. George's early career in oil, gas, and chemicals companies included management capacities in Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Marketing and HR. George's responsibilities have included Technical Manager in an award-winning manufacturing site; leading the ISO certification process in one of the world's largest polyethylene manufacturing plants; and designing project and portfolio management processes. As a Business Segment Leader, George was responsible for Market Research, Business Development and Business Strategy.

 
 
 
 

Christine Clarke

Ms. Clarke is a founding partner and CFO of CCS Incite Inc. Specializing in strategy development, strategic portfolio management and strategic decision-making, she has over 15 years of experience in senior advisory roles in the energy industry. Christine recently co-led the e-business strategy development at a major pipeline company and led the design of the strategic portfolio process for innovative products and new business ventures.

As senior strategy advisor, Christine facilitated the development of the post-merger strategy for North America's two largest pipeline companies. Christine has worked on complex strategic issues involving competitive strategy, divestiture, deregulation and new product and service development. She uses a blend of techniques such as game theory, decision analysis, system dynamics and process facilitation. During her appointment to a team responsible for introducing and implementing a new approach to decision-making, Christine's contribution resulted in a decision-making methodology that continues to be used by the company today.

Christine holds a B.Comm. in Finance from the University of British Columbia and a CMA designation.

 
 
 
 

Lynn Sveinson

Ms. Sveinson is a founder of and COO for CCSI and is responsible for overseeing operations. Lynn has over 20 years of experience in the pipeline and natural gas industry and has held various senior advisor and strategy development positions for a large energy company. Her most recent focus was development of an e-business strategy. Prior to that she had responsibility for Organizational Effectiveness and before that various leadership and advisory capacities in Information Services and Business Strategies. In recent positions Lynn co-led e-Business strategy development, played a key role in the development of a Human Capital Plan aligned with business strategy and facilitated development of growth strategies, strategic objectives and action plans by introducing and utilizing new technologies/methodologies such as system thinking, game theory, and future search conferences. She has also played key roles in reengineering and change management efforts. Lynn holds a BSc and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
