Clients can expect to gain insights and consensus
that will “incite” action by:
•
Generating better issue information
•
Create clear and common understanding by analyzing that information
more fully
•
Achieving alignment among the decision-making team on effective,
insightful strategic
choices
•
Creating an effective action plan
•
Providing tools to support ongoing implementation
CCSI uses customized facilitation to help a client team accurately
understand and map the dimensions of an issue. Software is used
to construct mathematical models of strategic issues. Models
are developed in conjunction with the client decision team through
a structured facilitation process.
CCSI’s experience base includes marketing and competitive
strategy, manufacturing performance, e-business strategy, human
resource strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Experience has
shown that the most effective approach is to model an issue
early using known information. Sensitivity analysis often reveals
the "value of Information" and can be used to determine
where more data intelligence is required.
CCSI strengths come from extensive experience in Organizational
Behaviour, combined with state-of-the-art strategy and analysis
tools.
CCSI’s toolkit contains the Open Options Game Theory process,
Businesss Dynamics modeling, Probabilistic Decision Analysis
and Scenario Planning. |
